No. Every system we build is custom-configured for your specific use case. We consult first, then build. You can start from one of our series tiers or use our online configurator to spec your exact build.
Our builds start from ₦2,000,000 for entry configurations. Mid-range professional systems range from ₦3,000,000 to ₦6,000,000, and flagship or multi-GPU AI systems go from ₦6,000,000 upward. All prices are in Naira and include assembly, testing, and 1-year local warranty.
Component prices fluctuate with the Naira/USD exchange rate and import costs. We display indicative pricing so you have a starting point, but your final quote is confirmed and locked by our sales team at the time of order.
We accept bank transfers and other payment methods. Details are confirmed at the time of your order. Contact our sales team via WhatsApp or email to discuss payment options.
Delivery within Abuja is included. Nationwide delivery is available and priced separately depending on your location. Ask your sales representative when placing your order.

Standard builds take 5–10 working days from order confirmation. Complex or enterprise builds may take 10–21 days depending on component availability. We confirm your timeline before you commit.
Yes. Our tier listings are starting points. Use the configurator to select specific components, or speak with an advisor to design a fully custom build. We build exactly what you need.
Yes. We can pre-install Windows 11 (Home or Pro), Ubuntu, or other operating systems. For AI and development builds, we can pre-configure CUDA, Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other tools on request.
Every Sephora Systems build comes with a 1-year local warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures. Enterprise builds can be extended with SLA agreements. Warranty is handled in-country — no shipping systems abroad.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will diagnose the issue. For hardware faults under warranty, we arrange collection, repair, or component replacement. Our goal is to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Yes. We offer component upgrades (GPU, RAM, storage), system refreshes, and lifecycle planning for existing Sephora Systems builds and other custom PCs. Contact us for an upgrade consultation.
Yes. All components are genuine, sourced from authorised distributors and reputable importers. We do not use refurbished or grey-market parts in customer builds.
We can work with customer-supplied parts in some cases. Contact us to discuss — we need to verify compatibility with the rest of the build and cannot warranty components we did not supply.
RGB lighting is available on request. We can configure your build with RGB fans, RAM, and cases, or keep it clean and minimal depending on your preference.
