These terms govern your use of the Sephora Systems website and the purchase of our custom-built computers, components, and related services. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the Sephora Systems website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
Sephora Systems is operated by Sephora Systems Limited, a company registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and based in Abuja, Nigeria. Where these terms refer to "we", "us", or "our", they refer to Sephora Systems Limited. You can reach us at hello@sephorasystems.com or +234 707 096 6669.
All prices shown on our website, configurator, and marketing materials are estimates presented in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise. Because our systems are built from third-party components, prices are subject to change without notice based on component availability, exchange-rate movements, and prevailing market rates.
Final pricing is confirmed in writing by our sales team before any order is placed. Product images, specifications, and performance figures are provided for guidance and may differ slightly from the final build depending on component availability. Where a specified part is unavailable, we will offer a component of equal or greater performance and confirm any change with you before proceeding.
A quote is an invitation to proceed and does not constitute a binding contract. An order is only confirmed once we issue you a written order confirmation or invoice and you have paid the required deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — including where a product was listed at an incorrect price, is unavailable, or where we suspect fraudulent activity — and to refund any amount already paid in such cases.
A non-refundable deposit is required before we commence any custom build, as this covers procurement of components specific to your configuration. The balance is due before delivery or collection unless a written financing or instalment arrangement (such as Sephora Reserve) has been agreed.
We accept the payment methods stated at the time of ordering. Title to the goods passes to you only upon receipt of full payment; risk passes to you on delivery or collection.
Delivery timelines, costs, and coverage are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your rights to cancel, return, or obtain a refund — including the limits that apply to custom-built systems — are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
Every Sephora Systems build is covered by our labour warranty and the relevant manufacturer warranties on individual components. Full coverage details, exclusions, and the claims process are set out on our Warranty page. Optional extended protection is available through Sephora Care.
You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who breaches these terms.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Sephora Systems name and brand, product designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Sephora Systems Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Our website and systems may reference or include third-party websites, components, and software (for example, operating systems and pre-installed applications). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or licensing terms of third parties, and your use of such software is governed by the applicable third-party licences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sephora Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, profits, or business — arising from the use or inability to use our products, website, or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
You are responsible for backing up your own data. Where we service, repair, or upgrade a system, we take reasonable care but cannot guarantee the preservation of data stored on the device, and we are not liable for any data loss arising from such work.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or the law. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably; please contact us first so we can try to help. Any dispute that cannot be resolved shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
