We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, return a product, or request a refund — and the limits that apply to custom-built systems.

Because every Sephora Systems machine is assembled to your specification from components sourced for your order, custom builds are non-returnable once assembly has begun, except where the system is faulty or not as described. Deposits paid to begin procurement are non-refundable. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods below.
If you cancel an order before we have procured components or begun assembly, we will refund any amount paid, less any non-refundable deposit and any costs already incurred on your behalf. Contact us as early as possible if you wish to cancel so we can minimise those costs.
Unused, unopened components and accessories purchased separately may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, sealed packaging for a refund or exchange. Items that have been opened, installed, or activated (including software and licences) cannot be returned unless faulty. Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
If your system or a component develops a fault or does not match what was agreed, contact us promptly. We will diagnose the issue and repair, replace, or — where a fault cannot be remedied — refund the affected item in line with your rights under Nigerian consumer law and our Warranty coverage. Faults caused by misuse, accidental or physical damage, unauthorised modification, or power issues without adequate surge protection are not covered.
Start by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or by email at hello@sephorasystems.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Please do not return any item without first arranging it with us so we can guide the process and confirm the correct return address.
Returned items must be complete — including all cables, accessories, packaging, and documentation supplied. We may reduce a refund to reflect any diminished value where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within a reasonable period — typically 7–14 business days — after we receive and inspect the returned item or confirm the cancellation. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Any non-refundable deposit and incurred costs will be deducted where applicable.
Please back up and remove your personal data before returning any device. We are not responsible for data left on returned equipment, and we may need to reset a device as part of processing your return.
