We deliver nationwide across Nigeria, with careful packaging and handling to make sure your system arrives ready to run. This policy explains how delivery works.

Custom systems are dispatched once your build is complete and has passed testing and quality checks. Build times vary with configuration and component availability and are confirmed by our team at the time of order. We will keep you updated on progress and let you know as soon as your system is ready for dispatch or collection.
We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria. Delivery to Abuja and other major cities is typically quicker, while remote locations may take longer. Local pickup from our Abuja, Nigeria base is also available by arrangement.
Delivery cost and estimated timeline depend on your location, the size and value of your order, and the delivery method chosen. Your delivery fee, or confirmation of free delivery where it applies, is provided and agreed before your order is finalised. Estimated timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors outside our control.
High-performance systems are packed with care to protect components in transit — including secured GPUs and internal bracing where appropriate. For larger or higher-value systems we use trusted couriers and, where suitable, insured or tracked delivery.
Please inspect your package on delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier where possible and take photographs before unboxing. Report any transit damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received; risk passes to you on delivery or collection. For information on returns and refunds after delivery, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
Please make sure the delivery address and contact details you provide are accurate and that someone is available to receive the system. Re-delivery due to incorrect details or an unavailable recipient may incur an additional charge. If a delivery is delayed, we will keep you informed and work with our courier partners to resolve it.
