Complete the application with your details and KYC ID, read the Independent Marketer & Commission Agreement, type your name to sign, and download your copy. We email you a signed copy too.
A member of our team verifies your details inside Sephora OS. Once approved, you're issued a unique referral code and your dashboard unlocks.
Promote Sephora Systems honestly and share your code or link (e.g. sephorasystems.com/configurator?ref=YOURCODE). Anyone who orders through it is tracked to you.
Once a sale is paid in full and its return window closes, it becomes a qualifying sale and you earn 3% of its net value. Track every entry on your dashboard.
Earned commission is calculated monthly and paid by bank transfer in arrears, within 30 days of month-end. Amounts below ₦10,000 roll over to the next period.
What counts as a qualifying sale?
A sale attributed to your code where the customer has paid in full, the funds have cleared, the return/refund/chargeback window has closed without reversal, and the sale isn't excluded (own purchases, warranty items, B2B/bulk, fraud, or sales attributed elsewhere).
How is the 3% calculated?
On the net sale value — the price actually retained by the Company, excluding VAT, delivery, fees, warranty add-ons, and any discounts. Sephora OS computes the figure; your dashboard shows it.
What happens if a sale is refunded?
If a sale is reversed after commission was paid, it's clawed back — deducted from future commission or repaid, per the agreement.
Who owns the content I create?
Content you create for the brand is assigned to Sephora Systems Limited under Clause 4 of the agreement. Please read it in full before applying.
