All Sephora Systems builds carry a 1-year labour warranty covering assembly defects, cable management failures, and any issues directly attributable to our build process.
Each component carries its manufacturer warranty period (typically 1–3 years depending on brand and component type). We facilitate all warranty claims on your behalf.
Manufacturing defects, component failures under normal operating conditions, and any build-related issues diagnosed by our technical team.
Physical damage caused by the customer, damage from power surges without adequate UPS protection, modifications by third parties, and normal wear and tear.
